Functional Recovery

Therapeutic exercise with clear progressions to restore tissue and function, reduce pain and prevent relapses.

  • Measurable programs at home or gym
  • Pain education and load management
  • Prevention integrated into your routine
What’s included
Strength and movement assessment, weekly planning, videos/instructions and periodic reviews to refine goals.

Sports Readaptation

Safe return to your sport using objective return-to-play criteria and discipline-specific prevention.

  • Strength, jump and change-of-direction tests
  • Weekly volume/RPE monitoring
  • Preventive plan to avoid relapses
Methodology
Return phases with metrics (RTP/RTS), field work and sport-specific skill simulation before clearance.

Our Technology, the key to Advanced Physiotherapy

We use the right tool at the right moment, always after an assessment and with ultrasound when it adds value.

Musculoskeletal ultrasound in clinic

Musculoskeletal ultrasound

Real-time diagnostics and guidance for techniques such as EPTE, dry needling or neuromodulation.

Ultrasound assessment. It lets us explore muscles, tendons, ligaments, bursae, cartilage and bony surfaces, helping locate the injury, choose the best therapeutic strategy and monitor progress.
Ultrasound-guided percutaneous electrolysis (EPTE)

Ultrasound-guided percutaneous electrolysis (EPTE®)

Microcurrents through a guided needle for tendinopathies: stimulates tissue repair.

EPTE® uses microcurrents for tendinopathies, making the application practically painless. It is effective and fast, shortening recovery times. Our device has a medical CE certificate.

Microcurrents are applied through an acupuncture needle to reach the damaged soft tissue and trigger self-healing, causing a controlled inflammatory response needed to repair the tendon. Mobility and pain often improve within ~48 h. Suitable for athletes and the general population.
Dry needling for trigger points

Dry needling

Solid needle to deactivate trigger points and normalise muscle function.

A semi-invasive technique using acupuncture needles for the myofascial pain syndrome (trigger points). The needle penetrates the skin and contracts the point to deactivate it and reduce pain.
Percutaneous neuromodulation

Ultrasound-guided percutaneous neuromodulation

Stimulation of peripheral nerves to modulate pain and improve motor control.

Electrical stimuli with needles at specific points targeting peripheral nerves and muscles. Indicated for:
  • Chronic pain: low back, neck, migraines…
  • Sports injuries: muscle, tendon and joint injuries.
  • Myofascial syndrome: trigger-point deactivation.
  • Neuropathies: pain relief and functional improvement.
  • Post-surgery: less pain and faster functional recovery.
Tecar therapy / diathermy

Winback Tecar therapy

Diathermy that improves vascularisation and speeds up tissue recovery.

Indicated in rehabilitation, injury recovery and degenerative processes with pain, inflammation and/or reduced joint mobility. Often provides immediate relief and helps shorten recovery times.
Shockwave therapy

Shockwave therapy

High efficacy in calcifications, plantar fasciitis and stubborn tendinopathies.

Radial shockwaves for muscle pain, contractures and ligament issues, promoting tissue regeneration and reducing relapse risk. Common cases: lateral epicondylitis, calcifications, plantar fasciitis, heel spur, tendinitis…
Pressotherapy for leg recovery

Pressotherapy

Pneumatic compression for venous return, drainage and leg recovery.

Localised pressure to accelerate recovery, improve venous circulation, perform lymphatic drainage and clear metabolites after intense sessions; helps prevent injuries and prepare tissues for new loads.
Magnetotherapy

Magnetotherapy

Support for bone consolidation and pain; home-rental option available.

Speeds up recovery from fractures and bone edema. Addresses pain and enhances cellular and metabolic processes to regenerate muscle, bone, ligaments and tendons.
Manual therapy and sports massage

Manual therapy & sports massage

Myofascial techniques and mobilisations integrated with exercise and your weekly load.

Hands-on work on soft tissues and joints to reduce pain, improve mobility and optimise function, always coordinated with therapeutic exercise.

Questions about treatments

Which techniques do you use for low-back pain?
We use manual therapy, myofascial techniques, specific stretches and, when appropriate, dry needling or neuromodulation to relieve pain and improve mobility.
Do you treat plantar fasciitis?
Yes. We combine manual therapy, stretching, strengthening exercises and advanced treatments like shockwaves to speed up recovery. The EPTE® + shockwaves combo is especially effective.
What is dry needling?
Fine needles to deactivate myofascial trigger points, reduce pain and improve muscle function.
When is percutaneous neuromodulation used?
For persistent pain and neuromuscular alterations, stimulating specific nerves to decrease pain and improve motor control.
What is EPTE® and when is it recommended?
Percutaneous electrolysis for chronic tendinopathies such as Achilles, tennis elbow or rotator cuff, promoting tissue regeneration.
Are shockwaves effective for tendinopathies?
Yes, they’re effective in chronic tendinopathies, calcifications and plantar fasciitis. They stimulate regeneration and improve local vascularisation.
Do you use ultrasound in treatments?
Yes, we use ultrasound when it adds value to diagnosis and follow-up, to fine-tune the treatment plan.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, we work by appointment to guarantee personalised care with no waiting. Book by phone or online.
