Important info (ID & paperwork)
Bring your valid ID for the anamnesis and privacy/consent forms. Patient identification is a prerequisite for providing healthcare, in order to guarantee correct identification, patient safety, proper management of medical records, and confidentiality of health data. Patients must identify themselves with a valid official document when requested by the healthcare facility. If a patient refuses to provide sufficient identification, the facility may postpone care until the patient's identity can be properly verified.
Underage patients
Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Cancellation policy (summary)
