Frequently asked questions

Quick answers before booking.

What is sports physiotherapy?
It’s physiotherapy for active people and athletes: we assess your sport demands, manage pain and build an exercise plan to return to training safely with fewer setbacks.
When should I book an appointment?
If pain limits you, if you haven’t improved in 7–10 days, if you had a relapse, or if you want a clear return-to-training plan with load progression.
How is it different from sports reconditioning?
Physiotherapy focuses on pain/tissue and restoring function. Reconditioning is the next step: progressing strength, impact and sport-specific tasks until you’re ready to compete again. See the approach here: sports reconditioning.
