Patient identification is required before healthcare services can be provided. This ensures correct patient identification, clinical safety, proper management of medical records and confidentiality of personal health information.

Patients must provide a valid official identity document when requested by the clinic. If sufficient identification is refused, the clinic may postpone treatment until the patient's identity can be properly verified.

Minors must attend their appointment accompanied by a family member or legal guardian.

• At least 24 hours' notice No charge.
• Less than 24 hours' notice or no-show For first appointments, a cancellation fee of 50% of the session price applies.
• Follow-up sessions (50 minutes) We offer flexibility when rescheduling. If we cannot reallocate your appointment slot within the same week, a 50% fee may apply.
• Arriving late Sessions finish at their scheduled time to respect other appointments. If a late arrival prevents us from providing safe treatment, we may reschedule your appointment and apply the cancellation policy.
• Justified circumstances Acute illness, accidents or serious family emergencies may qualify for a fee waiver if supporting documentation is provided within 48 hours.

We are a healthcare clinic. Every appointment represents clinical time reserved for a patient, which could otherwise be offered to someone else who needs treatment.
